PRIVACY POLICY

 

This Privacy Policy (“Policy”) will come into effect immediately upon a User’s acknowledgement and agreement to its terms.

For the purposes of this Policy, the term “User” and/or “Data Subject” (referred to as “you”, “your”, “he”, “she”, “they”) includes any individual whose Personal Information is collected, received, stored or processed by the Company. For the purpose of this Policy, “Personal Information” means any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person. This Policy applies to the Platform – Zinq AI” (the “Site” or “Web Site” or “Emails” or “Mobile Application” or “App” or “Us” or “We”) which is owned and operated by Logicwind Technologies LLP having its registered office at 3rd Floor, Soham Square, Across Metro Mall, VIP Road, Surat – 395017. (“Company”). The Company is engaged in the business of providing a multi-tenant B2B SaaS conversational AI platform that enables businesses to deploy and manage AI agents that converse with their customers across messaging (WhatsApp, Slack, Teams, Discord, Telegram, Messenger, Google Chat, web), voice/telephony, and email channels, and that can take automated actions such as booking meetings, qualifying leads, looking up orders and escalating to human agents (“Services”). The Platform operates on a subscription/usage-based SaaS model and also provides APIs and integrations to facilitate connectivity with third-party tools and services.

Users are further categorised into the following types:

  • Workspace Members or Subscribers – businesses or individuals who use the Platform to create and manage workspaces, configure AI agents, and deploy them to interact with their own customers and end-users.
  • End Users – individuals who interact with AI agents deployed by Workspace Members through the Platform across supported channels. End-Users are not direct account holders of the Platform; their data is processed by the Company on behalf of the relevant Workspace Member.
  • Visitors – individuals who merely access or browse the Platform without subscribing to any Service.
  • Data Subjects – individuals or entities whose Personal Information is processed by the Company, either as a data controller (in respect of Workspace Members and Visitors) or as a data processor or sub-processor (in respect of End-Users whose data is processed on behalf Workspace Member).

End User data processed through customer deployments, the Company acts as a processor/service provider and the Workspace Member acts as controller/business.

In this Policy, the Company seeks to explain how it collects, processes, uses and secures the information received from the Users of the Platform. This Policy will be amended from time to time to incorporate new changes.

The User(s) are bound by the terms of use of the Company. This Policy applies only to information collected, processed and used through the Platform. This Policy does not apply to information collected through other channels, such as information collected offline, from other platforms or from emails. This Policy will inform the Users how the Company will handle their Personal Information. All Users are expected to read this Policy carefully prior to accessing the Platform and/or using the Services provided by the Company.

The Company states that the data of the User shall be processed for a lawful purpose and for legitimate uses necessary to provide the Services by the Company. Protecting your privacy when using the Platform is crucial for us. We process personal data and information in accordance with the applicable law.­­­­­­

  1. Introduction

 

This Policy is intended for all the Users of the Platform with the objective of safeguarding the privacy of User information. All information provided by Users, such as e-mail addresses or any additional Personal Information provided on the Platform, will be used solely to support and improve the relationship of Users with the Company. The Company is committed to implementing reasonable and appropriate measures designed to protect the privacy and security of Personal Information processed through the Platform. This Policy outlines the types of Personal Information that the Platform gathers when a User makes use of the Services provided by the Platform. By visiting the Platform, the User explicitly accepts, without limitation or qualification, the collection, use and transfer of the Personal Information provided by the User in the manner described in the Terms & Conditions under this Policy.

 

  1. Information that the Company collects

 

In principle, we collect and use personal data only insofar as it is necessary to provide a functional Platform, as well as our content and Services offered on the Platform. The processing of your Personal Information takes place either on the basis of your consent or to the extent that the legal regulations allow this data processing even without consent.

 

  1. Information collected by the Company and its purpose

By using or visiting the Platform, you expressly consent to the Terms and Conditions (insert link to terms and conditions) and our Policy and to process Personal Information for the purposes given under the Terms & Conditions and this Policy, subject to the local laws, in the following ways which include:

 

  • (i) Identity; Contact Data & preference: we may require you to create a personalized account containing your contact information, email ID, location, name/ organisation name, time zone, country, preferred language. This information is collected to facilitate account creation, authentication and delivery of Services.

 

  • (ii) Business and Account Information: we may collect company name and address, billing and invoicing details, and subscription plan details, including whether the User is on an applicable subscription tier plan, for the purposes of account management and billing administration.

 

  • (iii) Transaction Data: when you add your financial account information to your account, that information is directed to our third-party payment processor. We do not store your financial account information on our system. However, we have access to and may retain subscriber information through our third-party payment processor.

 

  • (iv) Agent Configuration and Workspace Data: When Workspace Members configure AI agents on the Platform, we collect agent definitions, skills, knowledge base content (used for retrieval-augmented generation), workflow configurations, channel connection settings, custom fields, and all other configurations created by the Workspace Member. This data is stored and processed solely to provide the Services.

 

  • (v) End User Interaction Data: When End Users interact with AI agents deployed through the Platform, we collect conversation content (messages, intents, entities), per-conversation state, and any information provided during the interaction across supported channels (messaging, voice, email and web). This data is collected and processed solely on behalf of the relevant Workspace Member and is used only to facilitate the Services.

 

  • (vi) AI Prompt and Interaction Data: When Workspace Members configure or interact with the Platform’s AI features, prompts, instructions, and inputs may be processed by our AI systems. Conversation content generated during agent interactions is transmitted to the applicable LLM (Large Language Model) provider(s) to generate agent replies. By default, Zinq’s selected LLM provider(s) are used and may change over time. Workspace Members may opt in to use their own LLM provider, in which case the Workspace Member is responsible for that provider’s terms and bears the associated usage cost.

 

  • (vii) Updates: we may collect data for the purpose of contacting you about any website updates, informational and service-related communications, including important security updates; to inform you of other services available by the Company or its Affiliates, if any. (“Affiliates” means entities that control or are controlled by or are under common control of the Company).

 

  • (viii) Diagnostic Data: Our servers may automatically collect certain technical data such as IP address, browser type, operating system, device information, error logs, and application crash reports to support internal analytics and help identify and resolve performance issues. This information is used solely to enhance service functionality.

 

  • (ix) Communication Data: Records of your interactions with the Company, including support tickets, emails, chat logs, and onboarding communications, are collected and retained to facilitate support delivery and improve the Services.

 

  • (x) Usage Data: We collect data relating to your interactions with the Platform, including features accessed, agent performance metrics, conversation counts, LLM/token usage per call, and time spent on the Platform. This data is used to enhance User experience, improve Platform functionality, and provide Workspace Members with meaningful usage insights.

 

  • (xi) Security: to detect, investigate and prevent activities that may violate our policies and are illegal.

 

  • (xii) Cookies: we use cookies and similar tracking technologies to enhance your experience, monitor usage patterns, and improve the overall functionality of our Services. Cookies are small text files stored on your device that may contain an anonymous unique identifier. These files are sent to your browser by a website and help us remember your preferences, provide security, and deliver personalized content. In addition to cookies, we may use other technologies such as beacons, tags and scripts to gather and analyse data regarding User behaviour, interactions, and technical diagnostics. These technologies enable us to improve our Services, and offer a smoother and more customized experience. You have the option to configure your browser settings to refuse all cookies or to notify you when cookies are being sent. However, please note that disabling cookies may limit your ability to use certain features of our Services effectively.

By using the Platform, you explicitly consent to use the information provided by you, allowing it to keep a track of the preferences or choices of the Users, provide the Users with additional communications, information and promotions and also enabling the Platform to collect feedback, surveys and questionnaires from the Users. The Platform may collect additional information at other times, including but not limited to, when the Users are asked to give feedback, comments or when the User wants to change their registered email ID or mobile number.

The Platform will not disclose the contact information such as mobile number, email address and other related information, provided by a User unless a request made by the prospective User is accepted by the User. Only a portion of the primary information of the account will be displayed on the Platform. By providing Personal Information for inclusion in the database of the Platform, the User acknowledges that he/she/it has consented to his/her/its information being used as described in this Policy. It is guaranteed by the Platform that the Company will take all reasonable measures to safeguard Personal Information from unauthorized access or inappropriate use by third parties. However, if any unauthorized access or disclosure of sensitive information such as passwords and login IDs has happened at the end of the User, the Company, on the sole request of the User suspend the account of the User and eliminate any misuse.

In order for the Platform to provide the best Services to the User, it is essential that the Platform is allowed to collect and use the information as described in this Policy. This means that the data collection is largely necessary for fulfilling the relationship between the Company and the Users.

  1. How Information is used by the Company

We collect and use your information for a variety of purposes essential to the delivery and enhancement of our Services. These purposes include but are not limited to:

 

  • (i) Service Delivery and Platform Operations: To provide, maintain and continuously improve our Platform and Services, ensuring a smooth and efficient User experience. This includes enabling Workspace Members to configure and deploy AI agents across supported channels; enabling End-Users to interact with those agents; facilitating secure account creation, login, and authentication; tracking agent performance, conversation statistics, and usage logs and deploying updates and monitoring platform health.

 

  • (ii) AI-Powered Features: To power the AI-driven functionalities of the Platform, including LLM-powered conversational agents, intent classification, skill routing, automated action-taking, workflow execution, and knowledge-base retrieval. Conversation content and configuration inputs may be transmitted to the applicable LLM provider(s) solely for the purpose of generating agent responses.

 

The Platform’s AI-powered functionalities generate responses, recommendations, classifications and other outputs based on information made available to the relevant AI models and systems. While the Company continuously seeks to improve the accuracy and performance of such features, AI-generated outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, misleading or unsuitable for a particular purpose. Workspace Members and End Users should independently review and verify any AI-generated output before relying upon it, particularly where accuracy, legality, regulatory compliance, safety, financial consequences, healthcare decisions, employment matters or other significant interests are involved.

 

  • (iii) Agent Deployment and Distribution: To enable Workspace Members to deploy AI agents across supported channels (messaging, voice, email and web), manage channel connections, and track agent performance and conversation activity.

 

  • (iv) Results, Analytics and Reporting: To provide Workspace Members with detailed analytics on agent performance, conversation metadata, LLM usage metrics, and related reporting; and to enable data-driven decision-making for Workspace Members. You are encouraged to Use aggregated/de-identified data wherever reasonably possible.

 

  • (v) Communication and Notification: To provide notifications and notices about your account and/or subscription, such as expiration, renewal, or usage instructions; to respond to support tickets or technical queries; to share maintenance or downtime alerts; to provide onboarding assistance and platform walkthroughs; and to address emergency service disruptions.

 

  • (vi) Billing and Account Management: For paid subscriptions/ plans, we use your data to generate invoices and billing reports; process and confirm payments via third-party gateways; handle subscription changes, upgrades, renewals, or cancellations.

 

  • (vii) Technical Performance Analysis and Troubleshooting: To collect diagnostic and technical data such as error logs, device information, and application crash reports for identifying, analyzing, and resolving performance issues within applications. This ensures the reliability and responsiveness of our Platform.

 

  • (viii) Monitoring: To monitor usage of Services and enforce any obligations and/or rights, including billing and payment rights, and to ensure compliance with the Platform’s Terms & Conditions.

 

  • (ix) Analytics and Research: To analyse usage trends, understand User behaviour, and improve our AI algorithms, product features, and overall platform offerings, using aggregated or de-identified data wherever possible.

The information supplied by the Users helps the Platform to improve the Services provided by it and to provide the most User-friendly experience. The information provided by the User is used to provide the User with personalized content, including the services as required. It is also used to customize and improve the features, performance and support of the Platform. The Platform, under no circumstances, will share a User’s Personal Information for marketing purposes without the User’s consent.

The information provided by the Users also helps the Platform to conduct its internal operations, including troubleshooting, data analysis, testing, research, and Service improvement. The information collected for this purpose may include the IP address of the User and mobile device information to help diagnose problems with the Services provided by the Platform and to administer the Platform adequately. The Platform makes use of the User information to create aggregate and statistical data for improving the commercial prospects of the Company. When the Platform collects any information that does not identify the User as a specific natural person (“Non-Personal Information”), the Company is permitted to use and disclose this information for any purpose, notwithstanding anything to the contrary in this Policy, except where the Company is required to do otherwise by applicable law. Examples of Non-Personal Information include: physical location information; demographic information, including pin codes, etc. or any anonymous personal information, aggregated or de-identified.

 

We also collect, use, and share aggregated data such as statistical or demographic data, for any purpose. Aggregated data could be derived from your Personal Information but is not considered ‘personal data’ or ‘personal information’ under law as it does not directly or indirectly reveal your identity. However, if we combine or connect aggregated data with your Personal Information so that it can directly or indirectly identify you, we treat the combined data as Personal Information, which will be used in accordance with this Policy.

 

By submitting Personal Information, the User agrees to the storage, processing and transferring of Personal Information by the Company. The Company will take all reasonable steps to ensure that the User’s Personal Information is treated securely and in accordance with this Policy. The Company has implemented industry-standard security measures to protect the Personal Information of the Users.

 

  1. Use of Artificial Intelligence and Automated Processing

The Platform includes artificial intelligence, machine learning and LLM capabilities that may analyse inputs, generate responses, classify intent, retrieve information from knowledge sources, automate workflows, and perform actions requested by Workspace Members. Information submitted to the Platform may be processed by AI systems and third-party AI service providers for the purpose of generating outputs and providing the Services. Third-party AI providers may process prompts and outputs for service delivery subject to applicable contractual controls.

 

  1. Obligations of Workspace Members and End Users

Workspace Members are responsible for determining the purposes and means of processing personal information collected through AI agents deployed using the Platform and for providing all notices, obtaining all consents, and establishing all lawful grounds required under applicable data protection laws. The Company processes such information solely in accordance with the instructions of the relevant Workspace Member, except where otherwise required by law.

 

Where the Company processes Personal Information on behalf of a Workspace Member as a processor, service provider, or sub-processor under applicable data protection laws, the parties may enter into a separate Data Processing Agreement (“DPA”). Any such DPA shall supplement the contractual arrangements between the parties and govern the processing of such Personal Information. To the extent of any conflict between this Privacy Policy and an executed DPA, the terms of the DPA shall prevail in relation to such processing activities. The Company may make its standard DPA available upon request and may require its execution for certain Services, features, or integrations.

 

Workspace Members are responsible for determining the purposes and means of processing Personal Information collected through AI agents deployed using the Platform and for providing all required privacy notices, obtaining all necessary consents, permissions and authorisations, and establishing a valid lawful basis for such processing under applicable data protection laws. The Company processes such Personal Information solely on behalf of and in accordance with the instructions of the relevant Workspace Member, except where otherwise required by applicable law.

 

  1. How long does the Company store information

The Company will process and store your Personal Information for as long as it is necessary for the Company to provide Services through the Platform. Workspace data, conversation data, and agent configurations will be retained as long as the relevant account remains active or as required to provide the Services. In the event of non-payment or subscription lapse, data is retained for a period of three (3) months from the date of lapse while agent services are suspended; after this retention period, the account and associated data may be permanently deleted. If your Personal Information is no longer required, it will be deleted regularly, unless legal obligations to preserve records prevent this deletion.

 

  1. Transfer of the information for the purpose of storing

The Company may process, store, access, transfer, or maintain Personal Information in jurisdictions other than the jurisdiction in which such information was originally collected, including jurisdictions where data protection laws may differ from those applicable in your place of residence. Such transfers may occur where necessary for the provision of the Services, operation of the Platform, engagement of service providers, fulfilment of contractual obligations, compliance with legal requirements, or for other legitimate business purposes.

 

Where Personal Information is transferred across borders, the Company shall implement reasonable and appropriate safeguards designed to protect such information and ensure that it is processed in accordance with this Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws. By using the Platform and providing Personal Information, you acknowledge and consent to such transfers, storage, and processing, where permitted under applicable law.

 

The Company may also transfer, disclose, or otherwise make available Personal Information in connection with a proposed or completed merger, acquisition, financing, restructuring, reorganisation, sale of assets, change of control, joint venture, bankruptcy proceeding, or other corporate transaction involving the Company or its affiliates. In such circumstances, Personal Information may be disclosed to prospective or actual purchasers, investors, lenders, advisors, or successor entities, subject to appropriate confidentiality obligations and applicable legal requirements.

 

Any successor entity acquiring all or substantially all of the Company’s business or assets shall be entitled to continue processing Personal Information in accordance with this Privacy Policy, applicable contractual obligations, and applicable laws.

 

  1. Information Sharing & Third Party Disclosures

The Company do not sell User Information, however, may share User information with any third party without obtaining the prior consent of the User in the following limited circumstances:

 

  • (i) When it is requested or required by law or by any court or governmental agency or authority to disclose, for the purpose of verification of identity, or for the prevention, detection, investigation, including but not limited to cyber incidents, or for prosecution and punishment of offences. These disclosures are made in good faith and in belief that such disclosure is reasonably necessary for enforcing these terms or for complying with the applicable laws and regulations.

 

  • (ii) The Company may engage affiliates, cloud hosting providers, infrastructure providers, analytics providers, communication service providers, payment processors, artificial intelligence and machine learning service providers, customer support providers, security providers, and other vendors or service providers to support the operation, maintenance, enhancement and delivery of the Platform and Services. Such service providers may process Personal Information on behalf of the Company and are contractually required to maintain appropriate confidentiality, security and data protection measures consistent with applicable law. Where the Company processes Personal Information on behalf of a Workspace Member, such processing is carried out solely for the purpose of providing the Services and in accordance with the instructions of the relevant Workspace Member, except where otherwise required by applicable law.

 

  • (iii) Conversation content processed by AI agents may be transmitted to LLM provider(s) to generate responses. Integration data (including contact records, calendar entries, and other workspace data) may be shared with third-party services connected by the Workspace Member (such as CRM systems, messaging platforms, productivity tools, payment processors and other services). Each connected third-party service is governed by that provider’s own terms, privacy policy, quality of service and availability, which are outside the Company’s control, and the Company is not responsible for the data handling, uptime, or changes or discontinuation of any connected third-party service. Any connection to a third-party payment processor is subject to prior review and approval by the Company.

 

  • (iv) The Company may share User information to enforce or protect its rights or any or all of its Affiliates, associates, employees, directors or officers or when the Company has reason to believe that disclosing information of User(s) is necessary to identify, contact or bring legal action against someone who may be causing interference with its rights or Platform, to enforce the Company’s Terms & Conditions and Policy when the Company believes that disclosure is necessary or appropriate to prevent physical harm or financial loss or in connection with an investigation of suspected or actual illegal activity. The Company shall not be responsible for third-party uptime, practices or service changes.

 

  • (v) As and when the Company may otherwise deem necessary and is permitted by applicable laws to protect and defend the rights of the Users or third parties, or as permitted under applicable laws to meet national security and similar requirements.

 

The Company may use the contact information of the User in order to send Users mail or other communications regarding updates at the Platform or potential Services that may be offered. The nature and frequency of these messages will vary depending upon the information that the Company has obtained about the Users.

 

Although the Company is committed to protecting the privacy of its Users, the Company cannot guarantee that all the Personal Information or private communications of the Users will always remain private. As a User of the Platform, the User must understand and agree that he/she/it shall assume all responsibility and risk for his/her/its use of the Platform, the internet generally and for the images/codes/documents posted or accessed and for his/her/its conduct on and off the Platform. However, it is the User’s responsibility to ensure that the other users or third parties do not get unauthorized access to their account.

 

The Company will not rent, sell or share Personal Information of the Users with any other entity for its own marketing purposes under any circumstances publicly or anonymously, except with the consent of the User. The Company shall not be responsible for any act of Users which is contrary to the Terms & Conditions or laws. The Company shall not be held responsible for the illegal act of the User/third party towards the other.

 

  1. Responsibilities of Workspace Members

Workspace Members represent and warrant that they have obtained all notices, consents, permissions and authorisations required under applicable law for the collection, use, disclosure, transfer and processing of Personal Information through the Platform. Workspace Members are solely responsible for:

 

  • determining the purposes and means of processing Personal Information through AI agents deployed on the Platform;
  • providing appropriate privacy notices to End Users and other Data Subjects;
  • establishing and maintaining a lawful basis for processing Personal Information;
  • ensuring that information uploaded to or processed through the Platform may lawfully be collected and processed;
  • responding to requests, complaints or claims raised by Data Subjects regarding Personal Information collected through Workspace Member deployments; and
  • Ensuring compliance with all applicable privacy laws.

 

The Company shall not be responsible for independently verifying the legality of Personal Information uploaded or processed by Workspace Members and may rely on the representations made by Workspace Members regarding compliance with applicable laws. Workspace Members agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Company from claims, losses, liabilities, penalties, costs and expenses arising out of their failure to comply with applicable legal obligations relating to Personal Information processed through the Platform.

 

  1. Choice Regarding Personal Information

The Company will make use of the User’s email address to send notifications to the User, only to the extent to which the User has opted in for promotional communications. Such Personal Information is provided by the User during the time of registration. The Company will send service-related announcements to the User whenever it is deemed to be necessary. Generally, the User may not opt out of these announcements, which are not primarily promotional in nature.

 

  1. How to delete/erase your Personal Information

If you wish to delete the Personal Information stored with the Company, you can do so by sending an email to pm@zinq.ai. Upon receipt of your email, the Company will delete the Personal Information within 7 days. Please note that such deletion may be accomplished through de-identification of the information.

 

  1. Right to rectify and restrict the use of your Personal Information

You have the right to request the rectification of any inaccurate or incomplete Personal Information possessed by the Company. If you believe that any of the Personal Information that the Company possesses about you is incorrect, outdated, or incomplete. The Company will take reasonable steps to ensure that such information is corrected without undue delay.

 

Additionally, you have the right to request the restriction of processing of your Personal Information or object to processing. The Company will consider your request and restrict such processing within a reasonable timeframe. Please note that this right does not guarantee immediate stoppage of processing.

 

  1. Right to Nominate

You have the right to nominate an individual to exercise your rights regarding your Personal Information in the event of your death or incapacity. Such a nominee may submit requests on your behalf for access, correction, erasure, or grievance redressal in accordance with applicable law. The nomination should be communicated to the Company by way of email to pm@zinq.ai

 

  1. Right to Obtain information about processing activities and third parties

You have the right to obtain information about how your Personal Information is being processed by the Company. This includes but is not limited to (i) the purposes of processing, (ii) Categories of Personal Information processed (iii) the recipients or categories of recipients to whom your Personal Information is disclosed, including any third-party service providers or cloud vendors; and the locations where your Personal Information may be stored or transferred.

  1. Data Security

The Company has implemented several technical and organizational measures as well as certain physical, electronic, and managerial measures to secure Personal Information of the Users from accidental loss and from unauthorized access, use, alteration or disclosure. However, due to the inherent open nature of the Internet and wireless communications, the Company cannot guarantee that the Personal Information of Users will be completely free from unauthorized access by third parties, when transferred over or through systems not within the exclusive control of the Company. In the event that the Company becomes aware of a security incident affecting Personal Information, it may investigate, contain, remediate and notify affected parties and/or competent authorities where required under applicable law.

 

The User is responsible for ensuring that personal login credentials (username and password) are kept confidential. The User is asked to create a unique and strong password for their account and it should not be used for any other web services or applications. The password must not be shared with anyone else. The Company will take appropriate security measures for protection against unauthorized access to or unauthorized alteration, disclosure or destruction of data.

 

While the Company implements industry-standard security measures, the Data Subject acknowledges that no method of transmission or storage over the internet is absolute secure. Users are responsible for keeping their login credentials confidential and notifying the Company immediately in case of any suspected breach.

 

By availing the Services provided by the Platform, the User assumes the risk of providing Personal Information. The Company is progressively working toward compliance with applicable data protection laws, regarding the processing, protection and preservation of personal data, and to ensure maximum privacy to the Users of the Platform.

 

  1. Tips for Responsible Use of the Platform

The Company will actively monitor the Platform for activities that violate its Terms & Conditions. If any fraudulent activity is detected, the User’s account may be suspended or removed. Workspace Members are solely responsible for ensuring that AI agents deployed through the Platform are used for lawful purposes only, that the data collected through agent interactions is appropriate and proportionate to the purpose disclosed to End-Users, and that all applicable consents have been obtained prior to collection. The Company reserves the right to suspend or deactivate an account immediately and without prior notice where it identifies fraud, security threats, illegal activity, or activity that risks harm to the Platform or other users, or where required by law. All Users are urged to exercise caution in their usage of the Platform.

 

  1. Privacy of Minors

The Platform and Services are intended for use by individuals who have attained the age of majority under applicable law. Workspace Members are solely responsible for ensuring that any collection, use, processing, storage, disclosure, or transfer of Personal Information relating to children through AI agents or other functionalities of the Platform complies with applicable laws and regulatory requirements, including obtaining any notices, consents, permissions, or authorisations required from a parent or legal guardian.

 

If the Company becomes aware that Personal Information relating to a child has been collected or processed through the Platform in violation of applicable law or this Policy, the Company reserves the right to take appropriate measures, including restricting access to the relevant Services, suspending the applicable account, or deleting such information where required or permitted by law.

 

  1. Updates/Amendments to the Policy

This Policy is subject to updates from time to time. The revised Policy will be effective immediately for Users registering accounts or otherwise acknowledging the Policy on or after the revision date. For other Users who registered accounts before the revision date, it will also become effective immediately. However, they can object to the new Policy within 30 (thirty) days after the revision date. If changes which materially reduces the rights or increases responsibilities of the Users are made, the Users will be notified by email (sent to the email address specified in the User’s account) prior to the change becoming effective. Should it be that the User does not accept any of the modifications or amendments to the terms or policy, the User may terminate his/her/its use of this Platform immediately.
